Join us for an evening with owner and head chef of the Birchwood Cafe, Tracy Singleton and Marshall Paulsen, respectively. Located in the Seward neighborhood, Birchwood has been a longtime community favorite. They source food locally and have a strong commitment to the community. Marshall will demonstrate how to cook Winter Vegetable Handpie with Blood Orange Gastrique and Tangelo Thyme mini donuts. Following the demonstration everyone will get to taste the meal and enjoy Birch Bark Herbal Tea.
