Line and Prep Cook
This is an hourly position that would include kitchen prep and cooking line during busy service.

Applicants should possess:
-Flexible schedules and experience with cooking in a high volume setting
-Substantial experience with kitchen prep in a high output environment
-Excellent working references
-Good communication skills
-Willingness to learn new techniques and skills
-The ability to follow recipes and directions well
-Strong self motivation
-Above all, strong values about community and teamwork.
